25-26 MASA / Franklin Covey 4 Essential Roles of Leadership - Option 3 - Jefferson City & Margaritaville

The event will help you maximize a strategy as an effective leader to consistently live out four essential leadership roles.  You want to be known as a leader who inspires trust, creates vision, executes strategy, and is passionate about coaching others around them to become great leaders.

Each attendee will receive the “4 Essential Roles of Leadership” participant guide, the implementation guide, and a copy of the book titled, “The 4 Disciplines of Execution for Educators.”

• Day 1 – Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Gary D. Sharpe Education Center – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Day 2 - Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Margaritaville – 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Cost: $125 (lunch is provided each day)
