2025 MASA Personnel Workshop Reschedule - Springfield - Feb. 28

This roundtable discussion will focus on the many personnel decisions that school leaders must make each spring. The discussion will address the following topics: 

• best practices and procedures for HR
• board policies and legal requirements 
• leading the decision-making process surrounding key personnel matters including recruiting, hiring, contracting, non-renewals, resignations, reduction in force, and separations.
