This workshop provides an introduction to successfully managing your Federal Programs through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's secure web application, ePeGS.

Participants will gain a practical understanding of the funding lifecycle, from initial application submission to final fiscal compliance. The program will also address key components, including navigating the budget allocation grid, completing general Title Plans (e.g., Title I-A), making revisions, and ensuring accuracy in your reporting.
